Who We Are
Guardian Holdings, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Founded in 1960, our company has a rich history spanning multiple industries, from private ambulance services and armored transportation to senior care facilities. In 1977, we found our true passion in the restaurant industry, opening our first location in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Today, we proudly own and operate five Zaxby’s locations across Eastern North Carolina, as well as a Scooter’s Coffee in Lillington, NC—continuing our legacy of exceptional service and community-driven growth.
